Cengiz Günay has worked for over 30 years in the industry, serving as a distributor for leading boat brands in Turkey. He has held various roles across a wide range of services, from after-sales warranty services to rentals, maintenance, and fault detection. His area of expertise includes installations of water makers, air conditioning systems, bow and stern thrusters, anchor and winch systems, solar panels, battery and charging systems, refrigerators, freezers, and ice makers. For the past five years, Cengiz Günay has been operating independently and is recognized for his reliability and meticulous work in the industry.

Ali Günay stepped into the profession alongside his father from a young age and has developed himself through various training programs in Europe. With the experience gained at leading shipyards in Italy, he has enhanced his technical knowledge and gained experience in areas such as diving, chief mate, and captaincy. Over the past ten years, he has accumulated significant experience in Europe, working on new yacht deliveries, warranty process management, charter operations, and winter maintenance planning.
